This course is designed for those who want to improve or get started in America's fastest growing practical pistol discipline, the International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA). Whether you're a novice or an experienced shooter, this class will open the door to a fun and realistic way to improve your gun handling skills. Jeff Cooper, Massad Ayoob, Mike Dalton, Bill Jordan, and Jim Cirillo all credit the experience of competitive shooting for helping them stay cool under pressure.

[Intro to IDPA] was an excellent course, both by all accounts and by my own observation, and was time well spent. If you have the desire to get into this sport, and do not want to spend the year getting up to speed like I had to, I highly recommend this course and the expert tutelage of Mike Briggs.
